FAQ
How do I sign up?
Download the app and create an account using your email address. You'll receive a validation code to confirm your sign-up. Don’t worry, we will never spam your email.
What do I get when I sign up?
You receive five free sessions of five minutes each to explore the app and experience our HumanBeam visual AIs
What devices can I use?
TalkToMeAI is available on iOS and Android.
How do I access my sessions?
From the home screen, select an AI you'd like to speak with and tap to start your session. If we're at capacity, you'll be placed in a waiting room and your conversation will start in a few minutes. (GPU power is expensive, thus we have a limitation on the number of concurrent conversations)
How long is each session?
Session length depends on the package you purchase. The standard session is five minutes.
What happens when my session time runs out?
You'll receive a notification 30 seconds before your time ends. When the session finishes, you're returned to the home screen with a confirmation message.
Can I end a session early and save my remaining minutes?
No. Once a session begins, the full session time is deducted from your account regardless of when you exit.
Why am I in a waiting room?
Our Visual AIs run on dedicated processing capacity. When we're at capacity, you'll wait briefly until a slot becomes free. You'll see an estimated wait time displayed in minutes.
What happens if I leave the waiting room before my turn?
You lose your place in the queue. If you rejoin, you will start your queue from the beginning.
How long will I have to wait?
Because every session has a maximum length, the queue always moves. Your wait time is displayed on screen and updates as you get closer to your time to join.
I got disconnected mid-session—what happens to my minutes?
Please email hello@Humanbeam.io to explain what happened and request your session time back. We'll investigate and get back to you.
I entered my session, and my minutes were deducted incorrectly—what do I do?
