Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using HumanBeam services.
Overview
HumanBeam Technologies Ltd. (“HumanBeam”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a software-as-a-service platform enabling conversational AI representatives, real-time embodied interaction experiences, digital media generation, and deployment of AI interaction environments delivered through web interfaces, applications, and BeamBox hardware environments.
These Terms govern access to and use of:
HumanBeam conversational AI platform
AI character creation and deployment tools
usage-metered interaction services
live and scheduled human interaction features
deployment configuration and integration services
BeamBox-enabled interaction environments
related websites, dashboards, APIs, and integrations
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Definitions
Service means the HumanBeam AI platform and related deployment services.
User means any individual or organisation accessing the Service.
Interaction Usage Allocation means prepaid or licensed conversational interaction capacity measured in minutes, sessions, or equivalent units.
BeamBox Hardware Environment means certified physical display or interaction environments procured and operationally managed by HumanBeam as part of the Service delivery.
Nature of the Service
HumanBeam delivers an AI interaction infrastructure platform designed to enable conversational engagement experiences.
The Service may be delivered:
via browser-based interfaces
via mobile or desktop applications
via integrated enterprise systems
via BeamBox hardware environments
HumanBeam remains responsible for platform operation, conversational orchestration, and experience delivery.
Deployment timelines may depend on customer readiness, connectivity conditions, and logistics coordination.
Accounts
Users may be required to create accounts to access certain Service features.
Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and ensuring accuracy of information.
Fees, Payments and Usage
HumanBeam services may be provided under:
subscription licenses
prepaid usage allocations
pilot engagement packages
enterprise deployment agreements
Interaction usage allocations:
represent prepaid service capacity
may be valid for a defined time period
are non-refundable once provisioned
may expire if unused within the license term
Interaction measurement recorded by HumanBeam systems shall be considered authoritative for billing purposes.
HumanBeam may suspend Services for overdue payments.
Pilot Engagements
Pilot or design engagements are intended for validation of AI interaction experiences.
Pilot pricing, features, and support levels may differ from long-term deployment agreements and may be revised upon transition to annual or multi-site licensing.
Live Interaction Features
HumanBeam may enable live or scheduled human interaction sessions allowing remote personnel to connect into BeamBox environments.
Such functionality depends on network conditions, user device capabilities, and third-party connectivity environments. HumanBeam does not guarantee uninterrupted real-time performance.
AI Behaviour and Content Responsibility
AI representatives generate responses based on configured knowledge sources, system logic, and machine learning models.
Users acknowledge that:
AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or contextually imperfect
AI outputs do not constitute professional advice
customers are responsible for accuracy, legality, and suitability of knowledge content provided to HumanBeam
Data Processing and Governance
HumanBeam conversational services may operate in real-time processing modes.
Conversation data may be:
processed transiently to enable interaction
retained or exported depending on customer configuration
governed by enterprise deployment policies
Customers remain responsible for compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
BeamBox Hardware Environments
HumanBeam may procure, configure, deploy, and operationally manage BeamBox hardware environments as part of the Service.
Hardware performance may depend on:
environmental conditions
connectivity infrastructure
third-party logistics
HumanBeam coordinates support and service continuity but does not guarantee uninterrupted physical device operation.
Platform Evolution
HumanBeam may enhance, modify, replace, or retire platform features as part of ongoing service development.
Such changes may occur without prior notice where reasonably required to maintain performance, security, or innovation progress.
Intellectual Property
HumanBeam retains ownership of:
platform software
AI orchestration systems
deployment methodologies
generated AI infrastructure components
Customers retain ownership of content they provide.
AI-generated outputs are licensed for use in connection with HumanBeam Services.
Service Availability
HumanBeam aims to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Maintenance windows, feature updates, and infrastructure changes may occur.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumanBeam shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including business interruption, data loss, or reliance on AI outputs.
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the applicable Service period.
Force Majeure
HumanBeam shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control including network outages, logistics disruptions, infrastructure failures, or regulatory changes.
Termination
HumanBeam may suspend or terminate access for breach of Terms, misuse of Service, or payment default.
Users may discontinue use at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
Changes
HumanBeam may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
